Biggest Fleet 2025 is live! And it shows just how fast cleaning robot fleets are scaling.
The new edition of FieldBots Radar’s independent benchmark lists 97 verified fleets operating more than 14,000 robots, more than double last year’s count. The growth reflects a clear shift: more organisations are moving beyond pilots, the ranking is gaining recognition, and research capacity has expanded to capture fleets worldwide. Using the Radar Score the benchmark compares mixed fleets on a common scale.

The data reveals three parallel deployment worlds: robot-only fleets, microbot-only fleets, and a smaller group of mixed fleets, most of which are run by facility service providers now acting as multi-OEM integrators. Despite the surge in participation, the market remains shallow: half of all fleets score 50 points or less, the equivalent of ten scrubbers or fifty microbots.
Retail remains the engine of global adoption. Walmart leads with 1,850 scrubber robots, and European retailers like Denner and ROSSMANN show rapid scaling. QuikTrip’s debut at rank three, with 1,200 Pudu robots, marks the first national U.S. rollout of an Asian OEM, challenging the long-standing Tennant-Brain Corp dominance.
Regionally, the United States emerges as the epicenter of large-scale deployment, while Europe shows a mix of caution and innovation, including a distinctive microbot boom in the DACH region and strong momentum in Central and Eastern Europe. Public institutions form the second major pillar of growth, with their combined Radar Score rising 145 percent year-over-year. Asia nearly doubles its presence, driven by Japan’s microbots, Singapore’s public-sector rollouts, and China’s large scrubbers.
The 2025 edition confirms a fragmented manufacturer landscape and a clear message: cleaning robotics is no longer experimental—it’s scaling globally, and fast.
